Foggy is a chunky white fog cloud with a candy sitting dead center. It's a joke crosshair that covers a decent chunk of your screen, so you'll definitely notice it. Use it when you want your aim to be the least of your concerns and just want to mess around with friends. Included with Crosshair X on Steam.
