Instead of lines and dots, this one puts a small photo of a guy's face right at the center of your screen. It is a meme crosshair through and through, better for goofing around in Fortnite creative lobbies or casual matches than for serious ranked play, since the image covers more of your target than a normal reticle would. Le Blake runs as an overlay through Crosshair X on Steam, and it is free to try via the Microsoft Store trial.
