Every headshot in Counter-Strike gets his personal approval, which is either a distraction or a motivator depending on your rank. Made by KingOfIdiots, it loads as an image crosshair through the Crosshair X overlay on Steam, so it sits on top of any game. Best for casual lobbies and clips, not tryhard queues.
Install Crosshair X from Steam, subscribe to this design on its Workshop page (or inside the app), then select it. Crosshair X draws it at the center of your screen over any game.
