This one keeps things clean. You get a red plus with medium thickness arms, a thin white outline around every edge, and a small open gap in the center instead of a dot. The outline keeps it readable on bright skyboxes and dark corners alike, which matters in tactical shooters like Valorant where you hold tight angles. Load it as an overlay through Crosshair X on Steam and it sits on top of any game you run.
