This is the classic Roblox cursor from 2003, a simple white arrow pointer that works as an overlay through Crosshair X. It's more novelty than competitive edge, but if you want your crosshair to look like you're building blocks instead of hunting enemies, this does the job. Included with Crosshair X on Steam.
