This one swaps the usual lines and dots for a tiny pixel art image of an anime girl mid dab, coral pink hair and all. There are no arms, gap, or center dot, so aim off the character's body and treat it as a fun meme pick for casual Counter-Strike lobbies rather than ranked grinding. It runs as an overlay through Crosshair X on Steam, included with the app and free to try on the Microsoft Store.
