Willem built it to mark the exact center of the screen, which makes it handy in Counter-Strike or any game where you want a reference point without clutter blocking your view. It stays quiet in your vision until you need it. Runs as an overlay through Crosshair X on Steam, and the app is free to try on the Microsoft Store.
