A rotting green pixel hand points where your regular arrow used to be, with a small animation that makes the fingers twitch. Canti also drew intestine style directional cursors for the resize arrows, so the gross theme carries through every pointer state. It runs as a live animated cursor on your desktop through Mouse X on Steam, and like every Workshop skin it is included with the $2.99 app. Fans of pixel horror and undead games will feel right at home.
