Built for the hunting bow in Hunt: Showdown, this green sight stacks small horizontal tick marks down a vertical line, with each rung marking a drop point from roughly 40 to 100 meters. Line up the right rung for your range and loose the arrow. The thin green marks stay readable against swamp foliage without cluttering your view. Runs as an overlay through Crosshair X on Steam, and it is free to try on the Microsoft Store.
