Fans of The Binding of Isaac will recognize this one instantly, a pixel art cursor that puts a pale, teary Blue Baby on your pointer. Made by Riso, it comes in two variations, one mostly static PNGs with a few animated GIFs, and one where every cursor state includes an animated Blue Baby. It runs as a live desktop cursor through Mouse X on Steam, so the little guy follows your mouse across everything you do. It's a fan project, not an official Isaac release.
