The creator wanted a base form Goku cursor in the DBFZ style, couldn't find one, and made it themselves. It shows Goku in his orange gi with that cel shaded fighting game look, and it reacts when you click. Anyone who mains Goku or just likes anime fighters will get it, and note it's fan made, not an official product.
