Loona's grumpy hellhound attitude follows your pointer around in this hand-drawn, animated fan skin by Larping Faide, made in ibisPaint. It runs as a live desktop cursor through Mouse X on Steam, so the animation plays while you work or browse. The set covers the main pointer plus crosshair, I-beam, and resize cursors, with the rest staying as Windows defaults. It's an unofficial fan creation, included with Mouse X ($2.99 once, free demo to try).
“This is a fan-made, unofficial creation and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the official franchise. Created using ibisPaint. This is a custom mouse cursor set featuring Loona from *Helluva Boss*, drawn by hand.…” (Larping Faide, on the Workshop)

Install Mouse X from Steam, then subscribe to the skin on its Workshop page (or inside the app). Mouse X downloads it and you can apply it with one click. No .cur files, no Control Panel digging.
Does it work on Windows 11?
Yes. Mouse X supports Windows 10 and 11, uses very little memory and CPU, and doesn’t hook or inject into games or other apps, so it runs quietly alongside everything else.
