This one looks exactly like what the name says, a little smiley face drawn in MS Paint, wobbly lines and all. Creator John says it's his first Workshop project and he's still cleaning up the transparency, which honestly adds to the charm. If you like doodle style art and a light, cute desktop, it fits right in. It runs as a live desktop cursor via Mouse X on Steam, $2.99 once with a free demo to try.
“I have to fix the transparinsy problem but this'll do for now AND i have to make it in finer details and not only that but this is my first workshop project so im still WORKSHOPPING it (di- did you see what i did there…” (John, on the Workshop)

Frequently asked questions
How do I install the MS paint smileys (READ DISCRIPTION) cursor?
Install Mouse X from Steam, then subscribe to the skin on its Workshop page (or inside the app). Mouse X downloads it and you can apply it with one click. No .cur files, no Control Panel digging.
Does it work on Windows 11?
Yes. Mouse X supports Windows 10 and 11, uses very little memory and CPU, and doesn’t hook or inject into games or other apps, so it runs quietly alongside everything else.
Is this cursor free?
The skin itself is free, like everything on the Mouse X Workshop. Mouse X is $2.99 on Steam, and the free demo lets you try custom cursors before buying.
