TheAlostor ported the original art, which was made by Mob Entertainment, so if you like it he asks that you support the devs by buying the game. It runs as a live desktop cursor through Mouse X on Steam, a one-time $2.99 app with a free demo, and every Workshop skin is included. Fan-made port, not official.
