These are the well known cursor sets made by Michiel de Boer, better known as Posy, uploaded here by plank for convenience. The pointers are hand drawn and animated, with dark and light versions so they stay visible on any wallpaper, and every state, from the busy spinner to the text beam, has its own smooth motion. Install it through Mouse X on Steam and it runs as your live desktop cursor. Fans of Posy's YouTube videos will feel right at home.
