Static cursor skin
Fans of the nine will recognize every pointer in this set. Zalef DeatHRoW turned thirteen album covers into cursor art, from MFKR and the self-titled record through Iowa, Vol. 3, and The End So Far, plus anniversary editions and an unofficial Crowz cover. The dark artwork sits well on any desktop and stays crisp at cursor size. It runs as a live desktop cursor through Mouse X on Steam, and it is fan-made with no official band affiliation.
“Slipknot album covers MFKR Self-titled Iowa Vol. 3 All Hope Is Gone .5: The Gray Chapter We Are Not Your Kind The End So Far Crowz (unnofficail cover) self-titled 10th anniversary self-titled 25th anniversary Iowa 10th…” (Zalef DeatHRoW, on the Workshop)
Use this cursor on your desktop
Get Mouse X on Steam. There’s a free demo, so you can try it first.
Subscribe to this skin on its Workshop page, or find “Slipknot Albums” in the in-app browser.
Select it in Mouse X and your Windows cursor changes instantly. No hooks, no injection.
Install Mouse X from Steam, then subscribe to the skin on its Workshop page (or inside the app). Mouse X downloads it and you can apply it with one click. No .cur files, no Control Panel digging.
Does it work on Windows 11?
Yes. Mouse X supports Windows 10 and 11, uses very little memory and CPU, and doesn’t hook or inject into games or other apps, so it runs quietly alongside everything else.
Is this cursor free?
The skin itself is free, like everything on the Mouse X Workshop. Mouse X is $2.99 on Steam, and the free demo lets you try custom cursors before buying.
