Your cursor becomes Simon's phone, the little pixel art flashlight phone that fans of Cry of Fear will recognize right away. It glows against dark wallpapers and animates as you move, covering both the arrow and the pointing hand. Made by jumbuzzz as a fan tribute (not an official Cry of Fear product), it runs as a live desktop cursor via Mouse X on Steam, which costs $2.99 once with every Workshop skin included, plus a free demo to try.
“Heya there. This is a Cry of Fear custom made mouse cursor(just arrow and pointing hand).Still work in progress, you can add me on discord for ideas and advices(fredthebestest).Thank you for reading!” (jumbuzzz, on the Workshop)

Frequently asked questions
How do I install the Cry of Fear Simon's phone cursor?
Install Mouse X from Steam, then subscribe to the skin on its Workshop page (or inside the app). Mouse X downloads it and you can apply it with one click. No .cur files, no Control Panel digging.
Does it work on Windows 11?
Yes. Mouse X supports Windows 10 and 11, uses very little memory and CPU, and doesn’t hook or inject into games or other apps, so it runs quietly alongside everything else.
Is this cursor free?
The skin itself is free, like everything on the Mouse X Workshop. Mouse X is $2.99 on Steam, and the free demo lets you try custom cursors before buying.
